As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, I work with individual clients and organisations in the areas of leadership, careers and well-being, diversity & inclusion, and performance through enhancing insight, confidence, collaboration, and inclusion.

I offer goal-oriented coaching to facilitate change through a robust, evidence-based approach that applies psychology and change management tools to improve outcomes for individuals, teams, groups and organisations.

I am a Chartered Coaching Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, an Accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching. I am also a certified Facet5 personality model practitioner.

Consulting
With over 18 years in HR for a global organisation, my consulting areas of expertise include people development - talent management and learning & development, culture change - diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, communications.
​
I also have extensive project management experience in HR organisation and governance. This includes strategy and policy definition, framework and programme design, planning and implementation, change management communications, tools and training.
​
I bring a holistic change management approach that draws on project management methodology, creative problem-solving, design thinking, lean methods, and coaching techniques.

As a Chartered Coaching Psychologist with extensive coaching and chance management expertise, I am drive to help people and organisations better define and achieve their professional goals.

Prior to becoming a Change Coach and Consultant, I held several senior leadership and management roles in Human Resources. I am an advocate for positive change in the workplace, have a unique profile with diverse, international experience, and an academic background in gender studies, anthropology and psychology.

I am an Italian-Australian based in Europe for almost two decades with an international portfolio of clients, most often working in a virtual setting, flexible to meet the needs of a global client base.
